We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use IndieSpotLite. It sets the _ga cookie and related identifiers. You can opt out with Google's Analytics opt-out add-on.
Brand deals are also papered under the Universal Creator Agreement, which sets out IP terms, usage rights, kill fees and the dispute path for each statement of work. These Master Terms apply on top of it.
